CONSTRUCTION COSTING

This specific Workshop was designed particularly with builders in mind. Get accurate construction costing formulas. Whether you are tendering on a building project, or simply quoting on minor building work. This workshop will not only cover all of the different work in construction, but also cover most other everyday construction formulas such as excavations, concrete footings, plinths, concrete ground floor slabs, brickwork, blockwork, painting, plastering, tiling, ceilings, roofing etc. You will be working off and actual building plan, and you will be trained to do manual take-offs, then use the formulas supplied to do the costing.

BUILDING ESTIMATING

This excellent service is offered to Builders. Construction companies or anyone who intends building their own home or doing an addition or extension. Having been the senior estimator at one of the largest building material supply companies in the Western Cape, we have accurately costed 100's of building plans with absolutely no comebacks. We do estimations on new dwellings, single and multi-storey, factories, garages, boundary walls and the like. OUR TENDER TRAINING WORKSHOPS

Introduction to Tendering

R50 per attendee

1 hour informative session. Minimum groups of 20.

Basic Tender Training

R350 per attendee

5 hour session including snacks and finger lunch. Minimum groups of 20.

Advanced Tender Training

R1300 per attendee

In this indepth session the attendees will be in groups, working on the actual tender document in the supply or services sector. Minimum groups of 10.
